This page explains how to delete your SnowServ account (published by SnowServ LLC) and exactly what happens to your information when you do.
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app, in under a minute. You do not need to email anyone or wait for approval.
Deletion happens immediately. Your login stops working straight away and cannot be restored — if you want to use SnowServ again later, you will need to create a new account.
If you can no longer sign in and cannot reach the button above, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information you no longer want us to hold.
The following is permanently removed or erased:
Records of completed jobs are retained after your account is deleted. This is deliberate and limited:
These records are no longer linked to an identifiable person: the name, email, and phone number they were attached to have been erased, and the account they belonged to no longer exists.
Scrubbed job and payment records are retained for seven (7) years from the date of the job, to satisfy tax, accounting, and financial recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted. Everything listed under “What is deleted” above is removed immediately when you delete your account and is not retained.
Separately, our payment processor, Stripe, retains its own transaction records under its own policy and its legal obligations as a regulated payments company. We cannot delete records held by Stripe on our behalf. See Stripe's privacy policy.
If you are a provider with earnings that have not yet been paid out, deleting your account does not forfeit them. Contact [email protected] before deleting so we can make sure your final payout reaches you.
Email [email protected]. A real person reads it.
See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle information generally.
